We are capable of 3-axis EDM machining parts measuring up to 14.5″ x 10.5″ x 6.00″ from aluminum, stainless steel, carbide, titanium and copper, as well as extremely hard metals, such as tool steel. Utilizing wire diameters from .006″ – .012″, we can produce features as fine as .004″.
