This idle speed fuel control valve controls the air and fuel flow while a vehicle is idling. When throttle bodies began replacing carburetors, this unique valve was needed to control the fuel / air mixture.
Using a 437 US Baird transfer press, Gem manufactures the Housing from 304 stainless steel and passivates it prior to shipment.
Gem Manufacturing produces approximately 250,000 units annually with a 3 – 4 week turnaround time.
