Gem is geared to produce a deep drawn metal part or stamping to meet virtually any customer requirement.

Parts can be created in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper brass alloys, and other materials from 1/16 to 2.5 in. in diameter and up to 3.5 in. deep. Configurations include rounds, ovals, squares, rectangular and other flat sided shapes, tapers, and many more. Secondary operations - including threading, grooving, notching, slotting, beading, piercing, dimpling, and knurling - can also be performed during the drawing process.
