Our modern, newly expanded 80,000 square foot facility allows us to fully serve customers and provides capacity to handle the highest volume jobs. Literally millions of drawn metal parts are produced daily on over 100 transfer and progressive presses, with tooling designed and manufactured inhouse by Gem engineers and toolmakers. Secondary operations, including tapping, beading, spot welding, lancing, electro-polishing, and can and lead assembly, permit us to produce a wide variety of custom drawn metal components and assemblies. |
